Corporate Management Groups is currently hiring for a General Laborer - Timesavers/Deburring at our Brookings, SD. location.

Job Summary:

A precision metal fabricator and machining manufacturer seeking reliable, motivated and team-minded general laborers to operate deburring and timesaving machines to perform deburring, grinding, blending, buffing, tumbling operation on metal products at our plant in Brookings, SD.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Strong attention to detail and workmanship.

·        Good hand dexterity.

·        Understanding of basic hand inspection tools i.e. Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Indicators.

·        ability to read and understand blueprints.

·        Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

·        Demonstrated problem solving ability in a machine shop environment.

·        Good judgment and decision-making skills.

·        Good attendance and punctuality and willingness to work overtime as needed.

·        Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.

Qualifications:

·        1+ plus years of precision metal finishing experience

·        High School Diploma or Equivalent

·        Completion of an apprenticeship program, technical or trade school training program a plus
