Assembler 2nd Shift - Louisville, CO

The assembler/float in the paint department is responsible for:

Assembly and staging of painted metals, this includes inspection of parts for paint defects, light paint, metal defects, paint thickness.

Responsible for all rework tear downs from returned units and un racking of painted parts.

Masking and plugging/un plugging of all metals and units prior to and after powder coat application.

Loading and unloading of the oven, and maintaining the oven log time sheet.

*ability to lift metal parts up to 50LBS/ heavier metals require team lift.

*knowledge of power tool and hand tools.

*ability to multitask and follow direction.

*ability to read work order summary reports (training available).

*self-motivated with the ability to take the initiative.

*ability to multitask and keep pace with multiple duties at once.

*knowledge of hardware and plugging supplies (training available).

*ability to operate the oven controls (training available).

*ability to work on your feet all day and handling of heavy metal racking.
