CMG is a Colorado based company and we are presently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our work family at our South Rochester, MN office.

CMG is a Workforce Staffing Agency that provides on-site services such as interviewing and job placement, orientation, payroll, and employee support services.

We are a Full service HR Outsource company that provides support to our Workforce under the direction of our Client, we serve as an extension of our clients HR Department.

This position will report to the On-site Manager at our CMG office at the Reichel Foods Production Plant in south Rochester.

Duties:

Welcome new candidates and employees
Conduct one-on-one interviews with potential applicants
Onboard New Hires and assist applicants in completing new hire paperwork
Conduct Orientation Classes
Assist with payroll needs
Track employee attendance
Support Employees with questions, information or any way we can support them
Update advertisements to reflect current job openings

Schedule:

Full-Time
Monday – Thursday - 8am to 4pm
Friday - 8am to 3pm
Wages Based on experience and Skill Set.
