HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST
Job Description
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
This position reports to the HR Manager and is responsible for finding, staffing, and processing the right talent to join our team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Seek, attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for hire using various sources.
· Collaborate with department managers daily and proactively to identify future hiring needs.
· Set up interviews between potential hires and managers.
· Leads the onboarding process.
· Document recruiting and termination reports to the HR manager on a weekly basis.
· Keep all personnel records updated.
· Participates in employment career events, and career fairs.
· Other duties as requested by management.
SKILLS
· Able to multi-task and complete tasks timely with little oversight.
· Proven work experience recruiting with a Human Resource environment.
· Ethical and personable with a positive attitude
· Must be detail oriented and accurate.
· Professional Communication: both oral and written

REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum three – five years in human resources personnel recruiting in a manufacturing environment.
· Proficient knowledge of MS programs and new hire state requirements.
· Travel: 10% for training
PREFERRED
Bilingual – English and Spanish
