Sanitation Lead - Saint Paul Park, MN

Our client, a bakery located in St Paul Park Minnesota is determined to hire efficient, qualified and reliable employees for our 3rd Shift Sanitation Lead position.

Hours: 8pm to 4:30am with a rotating schedule

Hourly Wage: $14 TO $19 DOE

Description:

• Inspect area for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with Quality Assurance standards.
• Properly remove excess waste from production area.
• Remove trash as needed.
• Wear the proper PPE at all times.
• Utilize proper chemicals for cleaning different areas/items
• Clean and sanitize pans, utensils, scoops, drains, and floors as needed
• Clean and sanitize conveyor belts and machines.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years lead sanitation experience required
• Associated degree preferred
• Food production facility sanitation experience required
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Basic math skills
• Ability to multitask

-Wearing white pants / slip resistant shoes (Not Provided)
-Ability to work in a fast pace / hot environment
