Rondo Operator [Archived] - Saint Paul Park, MN

Corporate Management Groups is currently hiring for a Rondo Operator at our Saint Paul Park MN, SuperMom’s location.

Shift: Monday- Friday 5am to 1:30pm OVERTIME REQUIRED!

Pay rate: $13.00 to $14.00 DOE

Job Summary: Operate Rondo machine efficiently and assist the KB line to process product.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and learn each function on the Rondo machine.
• Set up and prepare area for processing the Danish slabs.
• Gather ingredients and prepare the sheeting process.
• Set up and prepare each Danish rack for the Moline line to use.
• Operate the Rondo machine and sheet the Danish.
• Sheet the Danish and prepare for next production day.
• Record ingredient lot codes and racks that were folded.
• Assist Production lead in different areas of food processing

Qualifications:

Qualifications include:

• Able to read and write in English
• Understand food safety policies and rules
• Able to work at a fast pace
• Ability to work in a repetitive position
• Able to adapt to new areas
• Learn quickly and follow instruction well
• Experience: bakery and labor-intensive experience would be ideal

Working conditions

Special working conditions are temperatures ranging from 80-120 degrees. Able to work evenings and weekend shift when needed. Being able to adapt to different work conditions is required.

Physical requirements

This job is physically demanding. Employee should be well prepared to work a full shift moving, pushing and lifting.  Employee must be able to stand for long period of time while performing their duties. Employee is required to physically perform all tasks for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, do repetitive tasks with few breaks, and so forth.
