The primary purpose of this job is to manage the purchase and delivery of materials, supplies, equipment, and services which have been issued for purchase. In addition to this position, is responsible for the planning and execution of company forecast, production orders, production schedule, materials plan and materials control activities to support operations goal of on-time shipment. Analyzes, identifies and corrects basic and finished cell inventory to ensure date is accurate and delivery schedule shipment. Acts as customer service liaison for Materials Organization.
What are the essential work activities in this job?
Tasks will include new supplier set up and approval paperwork/email request, supplier folder maintenance, quoting, MRO Buying, expediting, rescheduling, filing.

Purchasing experience in a Buyer role or Purchasing Administrator role. Planning experience a must.
